  • Access the table you want to share within your LockBoxy workspace.

  • Click on the "Actions" button associated with the table.

Step 2: Click on the Share Button

  • Once in the table actions menu, locate and click on the "Share" button.

Step 3: Select User and Set Expiry Date

  • A popup window will appear. Select the user(s) with whom you want to share the table.

  • Set an expiry date for the sharing feature.


Step 4: Define Permissions

  • Choose the specific permissions you want to grant to the user(s) for the shared table. This includes permissions such as adding data, previewing hidden columns, accessing personally identifiable information, etc.

  • Click "Submit" to proceed.

  • Switch to the user's workspace with whom you've shared the table.

  • Refresh the workspace if necessary.

  • Navigate to the shared table to view the shared data.


Step 6: Adjust Access Level (If Needed)

  • Modify access any time, return to the main workspace and adjust the sharing settings.

  • Re-share the table with appropriate access levels, ensuring the user can view and interact with the data as needed.
